NEIL SMITH

Neil Smith is a professional in homebuilding with over 25 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service and Operations in the industry.

Neil’s most recently served as the Assistant General Manager for Paul Davis of Omaha, one of largest providers of cleanup and repair services in North America for residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold and storms.

Before joining Paul Davis, Neil worked for the BHI Companies where he was the General Manager of Richland Homes and Pine Crest Homes where he was responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance of these companies. During his ten years at the company, he led the growth of these companies from less than 50 homes per year to over 220.

Neil started his path in homebuilding with HearthStone Homes in 1997. During his time at HearthStone, he was responsible for leading sales and marketing, finance and banking, market research, public relations, land acquisition and development, production, and warranty.

Outside of work, Neil dedicates his time to Families Working Together, an organization focused on supporting and strengthening families on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

DAN WILSON

Dan Wilson Has over 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry.

Dan currently owns and operates D & D Contracting and Home Improvements, a full service, residential remodeling company started in 2021.

Prior to starting D & D, Dan worked for Carps Exteriors and Thompson Home Improvement helping them get started in the residential new construction category.

Dan worked for Kiewit as a Scheduler and with Thrasher Basement Systems as a Foreman after graduating from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
